SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce has announced the two-year appointment of Angelica Sanchez to their Board of Directors. Ms. Sanchez is Director of Government Affairs and Compliance at Perfect Union, the fastest-growing vertically-integrated cannabis retail operation in California.
“I am excited to serve as a director on the Rainbow Chamber Board and join the other directors that encourage and support small businesses in the LGBT and allied communities and promote diversity, inclusion and equality for all,” said Ms. Sanchez.
Ms. Sanchez developed a strong desire to help others while working on various charitable causes at Perfect Union, a Sacramento-based cannabis company with a long history of supporting community organizations that help the homeless, hospitals, veterans, LGBTQ+ community and pet adoption.
“We are looking forward to working with Angelica as she brings to the Rainbow Chamber Foundation great experience and passion to help the community grow,” said Paul Villaluz Weubbe, the Foundation President.
Ms. Sanchez is a class of 2020 graduate from California State University Sacramento with a degree in political science. She earned her degree while working at Perfect Union and accepting several merit-based promotions as she attended class.
