The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, we are happy to report that our stores are open and we wanted to share some actions that Perfect Union is taking to help protect both you and our employees.
Our teams are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and our local health organizations. We’re continuing to monitor the situation and we’ve taken the following actions to date:

March 18, 2020 – Sacramento Homeless Union and Perfect Union Team Up with City of Sacramento to Help Protect the Homeless During Coronavirus Outbreak
Mayor Pro Tem Angelique Ashby’s office is working closely with the Sacramento Homeless Union and Perfect Union dispensaries to provide hand sanitation kiosks to homeless encampments in the Sacramento area. The sanitation kiosks will help people living in these encampments better protect themselves from the spread of the novel coronavirus by providing full-service hand washing stations.
March 11, 2020 – Second cannabis dispensary receives final approval
The approval of another Turlock cannabis dispensary came with little opposition from the public Thursday night, moving the second of four planned retail locations one step closer toward opening its doors.
Perfect Union, a Sacramento-based cannabis company, will open its fifth store at 2500 N. Golden State Blvd. after the Planning Commission unanimously approved a conditional use permit for the location during their meeting this week.
December 2, 2019 – We’re excited to announce Perfect Union Marysville will begin recreational sales soon! We’re awaiting approval on our state license for Adult Use sales so please check back often or call the store at (530) 763-4826 for updates. In preparation, the store hours have changed to 9 am–9 pm.
October 10, 2019 – Two Morro Bay cannabis stores close to opening — and new hires can earn up to $18 an hour
Two new Morro Bay medical marijuana businesses are eyeing early 2020 opening dates — and they’re currently hiring for a combined total of about 40 positions.
September 10, 2019 – City Council approves more cannabis agreements
The Turlock City Council approved a development agreement on Tuesday with Perfect Union, which hopes to open its fourth California cannabis dispensary at 2500 N. Golden State Blvd.
July 17, 2019 – City in Process of Licensing Two Cannabis Retail Businesses in Morro Bay
City staff is in the process of licensing two cannabis retail businesses in Morro Bay. Following a rigorous multi-part review process conducted by consultants specializing in cannabis permitting and City executive staff, the City Manager has decided to move forward in the licensing process with Natural Healing Center (NHC) and Perfect Union (formerly RCP Morro Bay) for cannabis retail permits.
Mar 29, 2018 – Medical dispensary touted as new type of investment
With golden shovels in the dirt and high hopes, Marysville officials celebrated the groundbreaking of one of the city’s newest businesses: River City Phoenix – a medical marijuana dispensary, and one of the first cannabis businesses to set up shop in Yuba-Sutter.
Jan 30, 2019 – Marysville gets a little greener
The city of Marysville got a little greener on Thursday.
Representatives from Perfect Union, Yuba-Sutter’s first medical marijuana dispensary, had a grand opening on at their new facility in Marysville.
It was the culmination of over a year’s worth of work by representatives from River City Phoenix Sacramento – the dispensary’s flagship location – to build the facility from the ground up.
You need to be 21 years old or at least 18 years old with a valid medical recommendation.
